I loved this restaurant : ) the view, the food, the drinks, everything! Our meal was absolutely amazing, everything went so well together and we didn't have any complaints. I was eyeing the table next to us the whole time! They weren't there for the Summerlicious but were having the tasting menu which comprises of many dishes along with cocktail pairings. I ordered a cocktail myself! The waitress was going on and on about how amazing the mixologist at Canoe was at creating these wonderful concoctions to the table next to us... I tried 1 of the Canoe Summer Cocktails? It was deliciousssss ! Absolutely refreshing & perfect for the summer...

I really don't have too much to say you will have to try the restaurant to see for yourself : ) I want to try the tasting menu!

poached tuna was great! wonderful alternative to seared tuna, will try to make this sometime! nice and light, again perfect for those hot summer days

the bacon didn't overwhelm the beef, suprisingly! mashed potatoes were soooo smooth & melts in your mouth :)
